采购商退货
（1） 在采购商中心管理后台的“退货单管理栏”创建退货单，通过“选择商品”按钮进入需退货的产品页面，勾选要退货的商品以及填写退货数量
点击“确认”按钮，等待供应商审核。
（2）通过退货单管理列表可查看退货状态。若供应商同意退货，采购商在保税区内将退货返还给供应商，供应商收到退货后退款给采购商。
